VERMONT BLACK ROOFING SLATE
Newmont Slate is best known for its most
popular roofing slate, Vermont Black. It is a hard slate
which reflects light in a variety of patinas, dependent on the
light source and weather conditions. Suitable for any
architecture, it is extremely popular.
VERMONT STRATA GREY ROOFING SLATE
Vermont Strata Grey Roofing Slate is
generally lighter in color than Vermont Black with a more
distinctive and pronounced striation making it a pleasing
choice.
VERMONT UNFADING GREEN ROOFING SLATE
Vermont Unfading Green Roofing Slate is a
distinctive medium green with a more solid look than other
roofing slates that vary in color and looks well combined with
other colors. By itself, it makes a striking roof.
Newmont Slate’s floor and wall tiles
consist of the same slate from which the roofing slate is produced.
The edges are blunt cut and the backs are grooved
allowing for the stone to work with the chosen mastic. It is
applied in similar fashion to that of ceramic tiles and grouted
in the same way. It’s lasting
beauty complements any area where elegant or rugged durability are desired. They can be produced according to
your specifications regarding thickness, length and width and
can be applied in varying sizes to create a multitude of
patterns.
